Structure:

EPS styrofoam blocks and plates are made of EPS foam particles.
Shaped by a 100°C heating mold.
The product is made of EPS foam particles. EPS foam particles are primary plastic particles that are expanded through a temperature of 90°C, increasing in volume by 20 to 50 times.
Foam particles, after being expanded, contain 98% air, giving the product the advantages of damping and shock resistance.

Production:

EPS styrofoam blocks are shaped using heating molds at 100°C for an appropriate amount of time to produce products with a desired shape.

Function:

Styrofoam blocks with soundproofing and insulation features are often cut into sheets for use in construction applications to combat noise and heat.
