Return Policy

If a product is not right for you, you may be able to return it to the supplier. Because VNEX hosts many independent suppliers, some return details can vary by store, but the following baseline rules apply across the marketplace.

Return window

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, unless the supplier offers a longer period.

Conditions for a return

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with any tags or accessories included.
Please keep your order number and proof of purchase.

Items that usually cannot be returned

Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized products.
Perishable goods, and items sealed for health or hygiene reasons once opened.
Bulk or wholesale orders already put into production, unless they are faulty.

How to return an item

Contact the supplier or our support team to start a return and receive the return address and instructions.
Return shipping is normally paid by the buyer, except when the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described — in that case the supplier covers it.
Once the supplier receives and checks the returned item, any approved refund follows our Refund Policy.
