2. Soundproofing foam

- Features

Sound absorption foam (soundproof foam) has excellent sound dissipation and absorption capabilities due to its complex surface, which provides a larger dispersion area and greater absorption compared to other sound absorption products. The foam effectively absorbs sound across various frequency ranges, from 80 to 10000Hz.

Sound absorption foam comes in different types, including foam with suction properties, sponge foam, pyramid-shaped foam, triangular foam, 50x50cm square pattern sound absorption foam, and bass cushions for bass traps. These foams are made from porous PE foam with a round, egg-shaped, pyramid, or triangular pyramid surface, which has a negative effect on sound absorption, especially for mid and treble sounds.

Absorbing foam, including foam with suction properties and sponge foam with thicknesses of 30mm and 50mm, can meet the maximum bass absorption capacity according to customer requirements.

Common sizes of soundproof foam are 1.6m x 2m or 50x50cm.
