Working principle of Nitrogen Gas Generator:

The machine has 2 containers filled with absorbent particles based on the principle that the volume of oxygen is smaller than the volume of N2 gas.

In the first container, when the absorbers have absorbed enough oxygen, they will start the process of generating nitrogen gas. This process will then be transferred to the second tank to further increase the purity of nitrogen gas.

This process involves allowing the oxygen absorbers to remain in place. Once they have absorbed enough oxygen, they will regenerate by passing compressed air through tank 1 to release oxygen into the environment. When the second tank has absorbed enough oxygen, the process switches back to tank 1, and tank 2 waits to be regenerated again.

This process is repeated until the N2 nitrogen gas reaches the required purity. Typically, it takes about 20-30 minutes for the gas generation process to achieve a purity of 99.99%.
