The Maximal FB25 electric forklift truck is manufactured by Hyster-Yale forklift group (USA) under the Maximal electric forklift brand at the factory in Zhejiang, China.
The Maximal FB25 electric forklift is the only Chinese forklift that meets European CE standards. Maximal electric forklifts have successfully passed all tests including front impact, side impact, etc. These tests have proven the exceptional reliability and performance of Maximal forklifts, meeting the standards set by Hyster-Yale Maximal and Europe.
The Maximal electric forklift is equipped with two motors: one for lifting control and another placed between the two front wheels to assist with wheel control.
Customers have the option to choose Chinese batteries for their Maximal electric forklifts to save costs. However, we recommend using a German Hawker battery as the standard equipment for the Hyster-Yale Maximal forklift.
Genuine chargers with electronic diode technology are used to charge the Maximal forklift. The electric charger utilizes 3 oil-cooled electronic diodes to automatically shut down when there is sufficient power. The voltage used is 3-phase/220V, but customers can choose 3-phase/380V. This charger, combined with the Hawker battery, allows for a charging time of 3-4 hours for the 480V/600 Ah battery. With the most advanced Hawker battery and charger, the charging time can be as short as 30-60 minutes. This represents a significant advancement from the German battery company.
In addition to selecting a high-quality battery, choosing the right electric forklift battery charger is equally important. There are two top-tier Chinese brands for chargers, Shineng and Delong. Customers can also consider the TCE charger from Italy.
