The rhizomes of ginger, Zingibeer officinale, have been found to contain up to 56% starch. Tri Duc has introduced a fine ginger starch extracted using the latest technology. Paris ginger (Jamaican ginger) is used in this manufacturing process to preserve the fine ginger flavor. Ginger starch can be used in the medical, beauty care, and food industries (such as ginger tea, candy, and cake) and is safe for consumption.
Ginger is cleaned, processed, and ground into powder. The liquid is then extracted for dehydration, ensuring a maximum moisture content of 8%.
Ginger powder is finely ground and easy to dissolve.
