Step 1: Roasting and grinding the coffee

  1. Use a pan, mini roaster, or microwave to roast a small amount of coffee beans.
  2. Roast the beans at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.
  3. Increase the temperature to 200, 235, or 250 degrees Celsius after the first color change or the first crack.
  4. Once the second crack occurs, turn off the heat and transfer the coffee beans to a tray. Allow them to rest for 24 hours.
  5. Grind the beans and store them in a sealed glass jar in a clean and dry place.

Step 2: Brewing

  1. Place 3-4 teaspoons of coffee into the filter and gently shake it to distribute the coffee evenly. Insert the lid inside the filter and press the coffee down gently.
