Production and export mainly to the Japanese market (90%) and some other foreign markets of fashion clothes, protective clothing, etc.

Total factory area is up to 10,800m². Human resources are more than 700 people.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY: 120,000 PRODUCTS / MONTH for garments.

Customer brands: Toray, Unico, Onward, Itochu, Nippon Steel, Toyobo, Sunrich Mode INC.

Production of 3-layer antimicrobial fabric masks.

Some technical standards:

The outer layer is made of water-resistant woven fabric to resist lets containing bacteria, viruses (according to the AATCC 22-2017 standard).
The second layer is made of biologically antimicrobial, environmentally-friendly and user-friendly woven fabric (according to the AATCC 100-2012 standard).
The innermost layer is a user-friendly sanitary cloth.
Water resistance and antimicrobial properties of 2 functional fabric layers are guaranteed after 30 times of washing.
The resistance to U.V ray is evaluated according to the AS/NZS 4399:2017 standard.
The air ventilation (according to the ISO 9237:1995 standard) of the mask ensures long-term wearing without inconvenience.
The mask meets the technical specifications under the Decision No. 870/QD-BYT dated March 12, 2020 and in accordance with technical standards QCVN01: 2017/BCT.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY: 100,000 PCS - 200,000 PCS / DAY.
