Song Da 5 Joint Stock Company was transformed from Song Da 5 Company - State-owned enterprise under Song Da Corporation in accordance with Decision No 1720 / QD-BXD dated 04/11/2004 of the Ministry of Construction. Established on March 26, 1990, with the original name of Vinh Son Hyower Construction Company.
