We operate based on a farmer association model with a closed quality control system from farms to consumers. THE COFFEE FARMER

We are the leading supplier of raw coffee for roasters and exporters. Our mission is to link and accompany farmers, ensuring strict adherence to uniform standards. The Coffee Farmer provides high-quality raw coffee beans that are harvested from ripe fruit and processed using modern fermentation methods (Natural, Honey, Wash). We supply roasted coffee for restaurants, hotels, coffee shops (Horeca), as well as for export and home consumption. Ritachi Coffee is made from 100% natural ripe coffee fruit using the Japanese Koji fermentation method. The beans are brewed for 168 hours, then dried in a greenhouse and continuously stirred for 30 days according to a closed production process at the farm.
