Vingal - Vnsteel Industries JSC

Vingal - Vnsteel Industries JSC is a joint venture company established between Vietnam Steel Corporation (Vietnam), Delta Group (Australia) Pty Limited, and Viet Steel Co., LTD (Vietnam). The company operates under Investment License No. 1295/GP issued by the State Committee for Co-operation and Investment on June 30, 1995.

Facilities and Production

Located in a 40,000 m2 facility equipped with modern machinery and equipment from Europe, Vingal - Vnsteel Industries JSC specializes in three main fields:

1. Hot-Dip Galvanization

Capacity: 60,000 MT/year

2. Mechanical Fabrication

Capacity: 12,000 MT/year

3. Manufacture of Black & Galvanized Steel Pipes

Capacity: 30,000 MT/year

The company utilizes a hot-dip galvanized kettle produced by W. PILLING (Germany), which is currently the largest in Vietnam (length: 12.7m, width: 1.8m, depth: 2.6m). This enables Vingal - Vnsteel Industries JSC to galvanize large components for various industries, including road traffic, telecommunication, power transmissions, and construction, in accordance with international standards such as AS/NZS (Australia) and ASTM (USA).

By combining on-site Black & Galvanized Steel Pipe Manufacture, Mechanical Fabrication, and Hot-Dip Galvanization with the largest tank size in Vietnam, Vingal - Vnsteel Industries JSC is able to reduce costs and increase the competitiveness of its products.

The production process strictly adheres to the quality control system ISO 9001:2008, certified by Intertek (USA).
