Pham Thu Co., Ltd was established in 1988 in Tan Hiep Commune, Hoc Mon District, HCM City. The factory area is about 6,000 M2 within the land area of 12,000 M2.

Paper-Machine Factory

The paper-machine factory produces Medium paper and Testliner paper. The 1,000 MT paper roll warehouse serves as raw material and can fulfill all orders of carton boxes within 48 hours.

Carton Machines

The carton machines produce 3 plies, 5 plies, and 7 plies cardboard.

Converting Factory

The converting factory is equipped with slitting, slotting, 4 color flexo printing, rotary and flat die-cutting, glueing, and stapling machines.

Secondary Line

Water-Treatment Plant

The complete line of water-treatment plant has a capacity of handling 500 M3/day. The treated water is recirculated for paper making. The water effluent complies with Class B of government environmental regulations.

Boilers

Two boilers are used, utilizing paddy husk as biomass fuel to reduce greenhouse effect. The flue-gas conforms to environmental standards.

Lab

The lab tests the quality properties of paper materials and corrugated paperboards. It also conducts paper layer analysis of corrugated paperboards to measure the substance (g/m2) of each ply of paper. These operations help in selecting the optimum paper materials, which are lighter in weight, have better strength, and result in better quotations of carton boxes.

Printing Plate Division

The printing plate division includes computer printing design and a computer-aided laser-cutting machine for making printing plates.
