Bamboo straws come in 3 sizes:

Size S: diameter from 4 to 6 mm
Size M: diameter from 7 - 9 mm
Size L: diameter from 10 - 12 mm

Standard length: 17 cm
Soft bristles
Color: white and light brown

Usage and preservation:

Soak your brush in hot water, if possible, add a little salt or lemon juice. This helps prevent the growth of bamboo mold.
Hang the bamboo brush upright on the wall to allow for easy drainage.
Use a hairdryer to heat up the bristles every time you use the brush.
Expose the brush to natural sunlight to prevent mold.
Replace the brush after 2 to 3 months of use. Soak and dry the brush 10-12 times before switching to a new one.

Note: In Vietnam's hot and humid climate, it is recommended to use the product for 2 months and store it in a dry place away from mold. Natural bamboo is prone to mold, and if you notice mold growth, you are using an untreated 100% natural product.

Exchange terms:

Products must have the intact HUHIPRO or manufacturer seal.
Products identified as technically defective by HUHIPRO Technicians or the manufacturer.
Returned products must have intact packaging, foam, and all attached accessories and promotional gifts (if any).
The returned product must not have any visible defects (scratches, breaks, etc.).
The returned products must include all accompanying documents such as proof of purchase, VAT invoice (if any), warranty card, manual, catalog, etc.

Return process and procedure:

Customers should contact HUHIPRO shop directly.
After obtaining a Certificate of status indicating technical errors that cannot be immediately repaired, the exchange of goods will be carried out according to HUHIPRO and authorized manufacturer or Service Center regulations.
The processing procedures for exchanging or returning goods will be completed within 7 days from the date HUHIPRO receives all required information and documents from customers.
