PUMP CONTROL PANEL

The pump control panel is a cabinet designed to control the starting mechanism (DOL, Y/D, Soft start, Inverter, etc.) and interrupt the pumping processes of the system through direct control, indirect control, or industrial communication network.

Specifications

The control panel can operate 1 pump, 2 pumps, or 3 pumps in alternating mode.
It can record pump running time to optimize pump lifespan.
In the event of one pump failure during alternating operation, the cabinet can continue running using the remaining pump.
Error warnings are provided to troubleshoot faulty pumps.
The cabinet has two operating modes: Auto/Manual. If the automatic mode is not available, it can be controlled manually using push buttons and switches.

Product Applications

Domestic water pump control cabinet: Used to pump water from a basement storage tank to a roof storage tank in a building.
Booster pump control cabinet: Increases water pressure in pipes to ensure sufficient pressure for use.
Waste water pump control cabinet: Pumps wastewater from a basement wastewater tank to a storage tank.
