WHITE CASHEW NUTS

I. ABOUT THE PRODUCT

- Place of origin: Central Highlands, Vietnam.

The product is carefully chosen, ensuring the most delicious and perfect flavor. All products have been roasted with salt and have a crispy, fragrant shell.

Product quality:

• The nuts have a brown skin and light yellow kernel: On the outside of the nuts is a silk shell and the nuts have been roasted with salt and evenly processed. Therefore, when peeling the shell, you will get a light-yellow cashew kernel.
• Standard grades: W180, W240, W320, W480.
• The nuts have been roasted with salt: 100% cashew husk products go through a salt roasting process, using a specialized roasting machine to roast cashews for a period of time ranging from 6 to 9 minutes. The process is continuous until the nuts reach golden ripeness.
• The ratio is above 99%: This means that for 100 cashew nuts used by customers, there are over 99 nuts with the most perfect ratio.
• The taste is a bit fatty, fragrant and naturally sweet: This is the typical taste of nuts during harvest time and when processed with the appropriate technology for the nuts to achieve the best nutritional ingredients.

Packaging:

• The products are packed in plastic boxes (500g/box) inside paper boxes.
• Made in Vietnam.

II. STORAGE AND INSTRUCTION

1. INSTRUCTION

100% of Central Highlands cashew nuts have been roasted and dried. Therefore, the salt roasted cashew nut skin is easy to be peeled and the white cashew nut is processed directly.

Open the box and peel the salt roasted cashews.

You should use 10-15 seeds every day to get the best nutritional value.

The product is suitable for all ages, especially pregnant women.

2. PRESERVATION

Please use the product immediately after opening the box.

Store in the refrigerator if not in use.

Close the bag tightly after placing it in the refrigerator to keep the product at its best for the next use.

Avoid direct sunlight, heat, and humidity.

III. DELIVERY INFORMATION

There are 2 payment methods for customers when ordering online:

Method 1: COD

Customers will receive the goods and then pay for the goods and shipping cost to the forwarder (The receiving time is from 3 to 7 days, depending on how fast or slow the customer wants).

Method 2: Shipping by passenger cars, trucks, trains, or containers.

The receiving time is 1-2 days from the order date.

1. COD

What is COD? It is a type of transaction where the goods are delivered through a 3rd party carrier, which is the post office or Viettel post. Then, these units will deliver the goods directly to the customer and collect the shipping cost as well as the cost of goods.

Note: For high-value orders, customers please pay the shipping cost in advance to ensure safety for the delivery party as well as the supplier and to ensure that the goods reach the orderer as quickly as possible.

ADVANTAGES: Customers receive goods and pay later. Goods are delivered to your home (especially ideal for retail customers)

RESTRICTIONS:

• Delivery time will be long, not suitable for customers who need the product urgently.
• The shipping cost for the total order will be much higher than other forms of delivery.
• Goods are transported through many stages and different warehouses before reaching customers, so goods are sometimes dented when transported in large quantities such as wholesale by boxes or by weight.

THE COST of COD:

• Late delivery fee including collection fee (6-7 days): 12,000 - 14,000 VND / kg depending on the location.
• Express shipping fee including collection fee (2-3 days): 35,000 - 49,000 VND / kg depending on the location.

2. SHIPPING BY PASSENGER CARS, TRUCKS, TRAINS, OR CONTAINERS

With this method, our company will confirm the order and send customers a payment invoice so that they will transfer to the company account. After the successful transfer is confirmed, customers can choose different forms of delivery and our company can immediately arrange a shipping unit.

Note: The above shipping methods are suitable for wholesale customers.

ADVANTAGES:

• The products are delivered as quickly as possible (from 1-2 days from the order date).
• Shipping costs are relatively cheap.
• Goods are guaranteed to be safe and intact.

RESTRICTIONS:

• The products are not delivered to your house.
• To pick up goods, customers have to go to the bus station, warehouse, or train station.

THE COST OF THIS METHOD:

Region 1: Northern Vietnam & Central Vietnam

• Passenger cars and trucks: Around 4,000 VND - 5,500 VND / kg (suitable for customers picking up goods in quantities by boxes or weight)
• Trains and containers: Around 1,500 VND - 2,500 VND / kg (suitable for customers taking tons or containers).

Region 2: Southern Vietnam

• Passenger cars and trucks: Around 1,500 VND - 2,500 VND / kg (suitable for customers picking up goods in quantities by boxes or weight)
• Trains and containers: Around 1,000 VND - 1,500 VND / kg (suitable for customers taking tons or containers).

RETURN INFORMATION

You can return goods by post, car, or return directly at our company. The return period for items that have been ordered and have unexpected errors is within 15 days.
