I. ABOUT THE PRODUCT

- Place of origin: Central Highlands, Vietnam. The product is carefully selected to ensure the most delicious and perfect flavor. All products are roasted with salt and have a crispy, fragrant shell.

Product quality:

• The nuts have a brown skin and light yellow kernel: The nuts have a silk shell on the outside and have been evenly roasted with salt. When you peel the shell, you will find a light-yellow cashew kernel.
• The nuts are roasted with salt: 100% of the cashew husks go through a salt roasting process using a specialized machine. The cashews are roasted for 6 to 9 minutes until they reach a golden ripeness.
• The ratio is above 99%: For every 100 cashew nuts used, there are over 99 nuts with the most perfect ratio.
• The taste is slightly fatty, fragrant, and naturally sweet: This is the characteristic taste of nuts during harvest time and when processed with the appropriate technology to preserve the best nutritional ingredients.

Packaging:

• The products are packed in plastic boxes (500g/box) inside paper boxes.
• Made in Vietnam.

II. STORAGE AND INSTRUCTIONS

1. INSTRUCTIONS

100% of the Central Highlands cashew nuts have been roasted and dried. Therefore, the salt-roasted cashew nut skin is easy to peel, and the white cashew nut is ready to eat.

Open the box and peel the salt-roasted cashews.

It is recommended to consume 10-15 cashews per day to obtain the best nutritional value.

The product is suitable for all ages, especially pregnant women.

2. STORAGE

Please consume the product immediately after opening the box.

Store in the refrigerator if not in use.

Close the bag tightly after placing it in the refrigerator to maintain the product's freshness for future use.

Avoid direct sunlight, heat, and humidity.

III. DELIVERY INFORMATION

There are 2 payment methods for online orders:

Method 1: Cash on Delivery (COD)

Customers will receive the goods and then pay for the goods and shipping cost to the delivery person (Delivery time is 3 to 7 days, depending on customer preference).

Method 2: Shipping by passenger cars, trucks, trains, or containers.

Delivery time is 1-2 days from the order date.

1. COD

What is COD? It is a type of transaction where the goods are delivered through a third-party carrier, such as the post office or Viettel post. These units will deliver the goods directly to the customer and collect the shipping cost and the cost of the goods.

Note: For high-value orders, customers are requested to pay the shipping cost in advance to ensure the safety of the delivery party and the supplier, and to ensure that the goods reach the customer as quickly as possible.

ADVANTAGES: Customers receive goods and pay later. Goods are delivered to your home (especially ideal for retail customers).

RESTRICTIONS:

• Delivery time may be longer, not suitable for customers who need the product urgently.
• The shipping cost for the total order will be higher compared to other forms of delivery.
• Goods are transported through multiple stages and different warehouses before reaching customers, so they may sometimes be dented when transported in large quantities, such as wholesale by boxes or by weight.

COST of COD:

• Late delivery fee including collection fee (6-7 days): 12,000 - 14,000 VND / kg depending on the location.
• Express shipping fee including collection fee (2-3 days): 35,000 - 49,000 VND / kg depending on the location.

2. SHIPPING BY PASSENGER CARS, TRUCKS, TRAINS, OR CONTAINERS

With this method, our company will confirm the order and send customers a payment invoice for them to transfer to the company's account. After the successful transfer is confirmed, customers can choose different forms of delivery, and our company will immediately arrange a shipping unit.

Note: The above shipping methods are suitable for wholesale customers.

ADVANTAGES:

• The products are delivered as quickly as possible (1-2 days from the order date).
• Shipping costs are relatively cheap.
• Goods are guaranteed to be safe and intact.

RESTRICTIONS:

• The products are not delivered to your home.
• To pick up the goods, customers have to go to the bus station, warehouse, or train station.

COST OF THIS METHOD:

Region 1: Northern Vietnam & Central Vietnam

• Passenger cars and trucks: Around 4,000 VND - 5,500 VND / kg (suitable for customers picking up goods in quantities by boxes or weight).
• Trains and containers: Around 1,500 VND - 2,500 VND / kg (suitable for customers taking tons or containers).

Region 2: Southern Vietnam

• Passenger cars and trucks: Around 1,500 VND - 2,500 VND / kg (suitable for customers picking up goods in quantities by boxes or weight).
• Trains and containers: Around 1,000 VND - 1,500 VND / kg (suitable for customers taking tons or containers).

RETURN INFORMATION

You can return goods by post, car, or directly at our company. The return period for ordered items with unexpected errors is within 15 days.
