CONSTRUCTION PLYWOOD

Construction plywood, also known as plywood, film-coated plywood, etc., is made from many thin layers of wood (usually from 9 to 12 layers) pressed together with special glue (Phenolic, Melamine, etc.). It is waterproof and coated with film (Dynea, Stora Enso) to avoid external impact.

Construction plywood is mainly used as formwork in construction. Due to its water-resistant properties and ability to be used repeatedly, it can save a lot of costs and labor for construction works when used.

Characteristics and features of construction plywood:

The board has high elasticity and anti-warping.
The high bearing capacity of the board helps to reduce the support work.
Plywood does not deform or rot when soaked in water.
The installation and dismantling are easy. The board’s surface is flat, and the area of each sheet is large with high uniformity, creating outstanding advantages when constructing a large floor area.
It can be easily cut into many different modular shapes.
The recovery rate for reuse is high, from 6 to 9 times if stored well.
