1. Thai Son S.P burnout printing technique:

Our burn-out print garment sewing factory in Vietnam team only applies the burnout technique on CVC, TC, or TR fabric. CVC and TC are cotton-poly fabrics, whereas TR is polyester and rayon fabric. The chemicals used in burnout will make the cotton fiber burn out and the polyester remains. After burning out the cotton, the fabric is washed to remove the cotton dust left on the fabric, and a unique pattern is created.

We excel in producing garments from circular knitted fabric for various kinds of apparel, including T-shirts (from basic to printed), pants, skirts, dresses, fashionable styles, kids wear, and sportswear.

Our Journey

Originally starting as a woven CMT factory in 1989, we transitioned to cut and sew knitted garments (cut-knit or jersey) in 1996. In 2003, we successfully fulfilled our first full-packaged order. In 2011, we introduced Viscose Spandex fabric to serve our Polish customers from LPP.

Production Capacity

Currently, we produce 50 tons of fabric monthly for our internal needs and cut & sew approximately 250,000 pieces of knitted garments.
