The outdoor high-quality poly rattan relaxation chair is entirely handcrafted by experienced artisans in bamboo and rattan table and chair weaving.
Material: Powder coated aluminum frame, 7mm flat plastic rattan, 6cm thick D25 foam, 250mg waterproof fabric
Design: The high-class plastic rattan sofa features a unique and fancy design. The seat has a roof and a 6cm thick mattress.
Features: Suitable for use in swimming pools, beaches, etc.

3. Warranty policy

1-for-1 warranty in case of furniture frame breakage, denting, or termite warping within the warranty period. Replacement with a new product of the same quality.
In case of furniture breakage due to subjective reasons from usage, warranty is still provided within 24 hours of receiving notice.
100% responsibility for technical defects of the product during the warranty period and extended warranty.

4. Shipping

Free shipping for orders of 3 or more products in Ho Chi Minh City.
For orders over 300km from Ho Chi Minh City, there are 2 options:

Delivery by company's own vehicle: 100% of shipping fee.
Delivery by regular transport vehicle: 60% of shipping fee.

For orders over 500km from Ho Chi Minh City: Delivery through the North-South Cargo Transport Company (a long-term partner of Hoang Thai Tu).
