5-LAYER CARTON BOX

1. Introduction

Cartons are made up of many different layers of paper, creating a sustainable structure with a clear shape (mainly in the form of boxes and containers) that protects goods during transportation and showcases the company's images, photos, and products to customers. There are three main types of carton boxes: 3-layer carton, 5-layer carton, and 7-layer carton. The 5-layer carton is one of the most commonly used types.

2. Product description

The 5-layer carton is composed of three layers of flat paper and two layers of sinusoidal paper in the middle of the structure. Cartons made up of five layers of paper are referred to as 5-layer cartons.

3. Features

The structure of the 5-layer carton is as follows:
- Surface layer:
  
  A layer of paper with smooth and flat characteristics. It is available in three common colors: white, brown, and yellow.
- Middle layer:
  
  Comprised of three layers of paper, with two layers of sinusoidal paper providing support for the entire structure of the box.
- Bottom layer:
  
  Can be made of regular or high-quality paper based on your requirements.
