Description:

Micropipettes are designed for different volumes and purposes. Many pipettes work by creating a vacuum above the liquid, allowing the user to draw up a specific amount by releasing pressure on the pipette's tip.

Some pipettes have a fixed volume, while others can be adjusted using a volume adjustment knob or electronically. There are also micropipettes designed to withstand high temperatures in autoclave chambers, such as those used for biomedical and microbiological samples.
