HUYNH GIA SURGICAL MASK

Huynh Gia Surgical Mask is a product manufactured according to National Standard TCVN 8389-1:2010, made of non-woven fabrics that can filter dirt and bacteria. This is a disposable mask and is used to create a physical barrier between the wearers nose and mouth with bacteria, microorganisms, dirt, liquids, and potentially harmful substances in the environment.

Surgical masks can filter pathogens from 1 to 10 micrometers, they are also impermeable to splashes from outside due to coughing or sneezing by sick people without covering their mouths in time. As a general recommendation, surgical masks should not be shared with others and are indicated for use during surgery, medical care, isolation of patients, etc

Uses

Materials

• 2 outer layers of non-woven fabric with pleats to help waterproof, prevent liquids and dirt from entering. This layer has a dark green color to help users easily to distinguish it from the inside (outer layer weight is 30 gsm and next layer is 25 gsm).
• The middle layer or antibacterial micro filter layer is made of polymer fibers capable of preventing viruses and dirt from 1 to 10 micrometers, weight of 25 gsm.
• The innermost layer is a non-woven fabric with strong moisture absorption ability to help to prevent the wearers nose and mouth fluids when they talk, cough, sneeze from spreading to the surrounding environment, and weigh 25 gsm.

Moreover, Huynh Gia surgical masks also have the following parts:

• Nasal splint has the effect of shaping and helping the surgical mask to cover the users face, and limit exposure to the outside environment. When using, users only need to slightly squeeze the splint to create a shape that hugs the nose.
• Elastic strap has the effect of fixing the mask to the users face.

Quality standards

- Huynh Gia surgical masks are manufactured according to the standard TCVN 8389:2010. This is a standard set of 3 parts compiled by the Institute of Medical Equipment and Works and proposed by the Ministry of Health. The Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality appraises it, and the Ministry of Science and Technology is responsible for the announcement.

- Huynh Gia surgical masks meet part 1 of the standard TCVN 8389:2010 (TCVN 8389-1:2010). This is a surgical mask (sterilized and unsterilized) used in medical facilities, consisting of the following parts: fabric layers: there may be from 2 to 4 layers of non-woven fabric, flat, pleated micro filtration layer nose splint strap.

Use and storage instructions

• When wearing a medical mask, it is necessary to leave the blue side out, the white side in. Because the blue side is water resistant that will not penetrate inside, the white side is hygroscopic to let the breath out.
• When wearing a mask, completely cover the nose and mouth.
• Do not touch your eyes, nose, and mouth when wearing a mask, because this movement accidentally infects your hands with bacteria, viruses and other pathogens that transmit the disease to yourself and those around you.
• After wearing a surgical mask once, it should not be reused but must be thrown in a trash can with a lid.
• When removing the mask, do not use the hands to hold the front layer but should hold the strap to remove it.
• Wash your hands with soap and water within 20 seconds after discarding the mask.
• Store the mask in a cool, dry place if not in use.
