Our Robusta green coffee bean wet polished is sourced from Dong Nai, Vietnam, which has a tropical monsoon climate with high temperatures, abundant sunlight, and high moisture levels. Dong Nai has approximately 5,000 hectares of coffee-producing land at an elevation of 350-500 meters above sea level. We chose Dong Nai as our growing location to provide our consumers with the highest-grade Robusta green coffee bean wet polished.

This method is often more expensive. Robusta green coffee bean wet polished has a taste profile with more acidity, sweetness, and depth, making it a cleaner cup compared to other processing methods.

Production process of Robusta Green bean coffee Wet polished:

Sorting - Coffee beans are placed in a water tank to remove impurities.
Pulping - Coffee cherries are depulped to remove the outer peel and mucilage.
Fermentation - Biological fermentation and machine oiling take place to further process the beans.
Drying - The beans are washed and dried in the sunshine, ensuring a gradual and consistent drying process.
