Pacific Container Shipping Joint Stock Company (Pacific Container Lines - PCL) was established in April 2015 by people who have more than twenty-year experience in shipping business and who are all credible and high-ranking in Vietnam shipping circles. Pacific Container Shipping Joint Stock Company (Pacific Container Lines - PCL) is a forwarding and logistics company who provides a wide range of services including:

• Domestic transport service, international transport service, air freight service, road transport service, container shipping by rail/ by sea, delivery service by trucks, trans-Viet shipping services, etc.

• When signing a contract with a customer, the Company appoints 01 customer care specialist as the key customer manager (KAM) and at the same time establishes its own working procedures (Standard Operating Procedures = SOP) to ensure that the service provided is up to the standards set by the customer. Every month, the Company organizes meetings with customers to review, determine the causes, offer remedial measures for the work that does not meet the standards.
• The company owns the vehicle and container, taking the initiative during the service provision, especially during the peak season.

Especially, as a member of Associations namely AmCham, EuroCham, KorCham, VLA & WCA, PCL has been promptly updated with information from domestic and foreign regulatory organizations as well as other enterprises about any changes in policies, laws, regulations of Vietnamese Government as well as of the countries in the association. Joining these Associations builds up a bridge to connect with business communities in many domestic and international sectors. This gives PCL more opportunities to expand sustainable cooperation with customers, partners, and truly supports PCL's production and business activities.
