  • Stock Pallet: A pallet that is used repeatedly for many years.
  • Requirements for pallets in stock:
  • Pallets must be solid, with minimal damage.
  • Pallets must be clean and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Wooden pallets must be treated for termites (sterilized according to ISPM 15).
  • Pallets must be designed to fit shelves or storage systems.
  • Wood processing services required:
  • Natural sun drying (exposure to sunlight).
  • Shaving one side of the pallet board and one side of the opposite board, or 2, 3, 4 sides of the pallet board, or 1, 2, 3, 4 sides of the opposite board.
  • Requirements for nail connections during processing:
  • Using a nail gun: Smooth nails, twisted nails 3cm, 4.5cm, 5cm, 7cm long.
  • Using a drill: Twisted screws: 5cm, 7cm, 10cm long.
  • Using a drill: Bolts 5cm - 12cm long.
