All of our materials are sourced locally, including rubber wood, MDF, and plywood. They all meet US standards and comply with the Lacy Act.
We use UV clear coating for the drawer box, interior, and base coat of the face frame component. Our finishing supplier can meet all the requirements of KCMA mar test, scratch test, adhesive, etc.
We have our own log yard and kiln-dried chamber, which allows us to fully control the flow and inventory of materials. This ensures stable and sustainable material costs.
2. Materials
Our cabinet door components and products are made from high-quality and reliable wood and engineered wood materials.
They are made from natural hardwood resources, providing versatility and quality for door construction and finish options, including raw, primed, or painted.
They are engineered by compressing and bonding wood fibers for greater strength and density compared to particleboard and plywood.
They are also engineered by pressing wood chips with adhesives.
Additionally, we offer composite materials manufactured from layers of wood veneer ("plies") glued together.
