PC PLASTIC TRAY

Characteristics:

Gas waterproofing, slightly higher than that of PE, PVC but lower than PP and PET.
Overall, the mechanical strength and hardness are very high, resistant to abrasion and not affected by food ingredients.
High heat resistance (above 100oC).

Uses:

Due to its ability to withstand high temperatures, PC is used for sterilizing food containers such as bottles and lids.
PC membrane has some air-permeability, but it is slightly inferior. PC costs three times more than PP and PET, so it is rarely used.
