Ship Agent

We handle all aspects of ship agency services, including arranging berths, coordinating port services, and meeting the needs of the ship's Master and crew. We also handle customs clearance and cargo release or receipt on behalf of our clients.

Our key roles include:

Booking vessels in and out of ports, arranging pilot and tug boat services.
Providing information on crew and passengers to local immigration authorities.
Ensuring compliance of ship documentation with international regulations before customs inspection.
Preparing quarantine pre-arrival reports (QPAR) detailing crew information, previous routes, and any deaths or illnesses during the voyage.
Notifying customs of the ship's arrival and reporting the cargo on board, including logistics for provisions and fuel.
Providing the stevedores ship planner with cargo manifests for safe handling of containers, break-bulk, and bulk liquids. We also ensure the ship's Master is aware of shore requirements.
Organizing crew changes, immigration documentation, and flight bookings.
Managing crew payments.
Handling ship services, including repairs and maintenance.
