2. Detailed description:

Chianti Riserva sparkling wine is a product produced in Italy using the Sangiovese premium grape variety in Tuscany. Sangiovese grapes are harvested in the 1st or 2nd week of September.

Immediately after harvesting, Sangiovese grapes are fermented for the first time within 7-8 days with strict temperature control. Wine will then pass through the growth stage in French oak wood within 24 months before being transferred to a 10-month stainless steel barrel. Finally, Chianti Riserva wine is bottled and preserved in the tunnel for 6 months before selling.

Powerful Chianti Riserva sparkling wine with ruby red color, fragrance of berries, minerals and ripe plum.
